1789 Middlesex D&H 969, National Series, Prince Regent, Silvered Copper Halfpenny Conder Token
A lovely example of this 18th century Conder token which appears to be unlisted in silvered copper. Lightly worn with near full original lustre.
O: Bust to left, PRINCE REGENT.
R: A crown, HE HOLDS IT FOR THE KING. Ex: 1789.
E: Milled.
This token is listed in Dalton & Hamer as Middlesex 969. I would grade this token About Extremely Fine (Sheldon AU55). I have provided high-resolution close up photos so you can decide on a grade for yourself.
