Goods must be returned in their original condition with full postage paid for by the buyer. Refund of your purchase will be via the same method in which payment was made.

If your item has arrived damaged, is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item. We may ask for the item to be returned with postage costs covered by ourselves. A full refund or replacement will be provided.

For damaged items, photographic proof must be provided when requested. Failure to provide photos may result in the rejection of a refund.
