However the pink flowers are pink all the way through the flower, so when the petal is broken, the white porcelain core doesn't stand out. Lovely vintage porcelain bud vase, unmarked. It appears to be a vintage Lefton piece, yet since there is no label present, I can not be certain. I missed the chips on the flowers, even after inspecting the piece. The reason the chips were easy to overlook is that usually the color is applied over the white porcelain core, like the gold on this piece. however the pink flowers are pink all the way through the flower, so when the petal is broken, the white porcelain core doesn't stand out. The piece is early mid-century and stands 8 1/4" inches tall and almost 2 1/2" inches wide at it's widest point. There are a couple of imperfections in the porcelain and a couple of oops with the hand painting, but they are not damage and add to the uniqueness of the piece. Condition: Gebraucht, Condition: Vase and trim in very good condition. Leaves are beautifully done and undamaged. There are two petals chipped, not very noticeable.
