- PAYMENT POLICY
Ø Items will be Dispatched the next working day after payment has been received.
Ø Please Ensure your full name and address details are correct in Pay Pal. If you want to change the delivery address; Please add a note in transaction or email us immediately .
Ø If the item not delivered within estimated delivery date, directly do not open the item not received case or leave negative/ neutral feedback, Instead Contact us through email, we will investigate the issue and will respond you within 24 hours (in working days).
Ø Expedited service will not be provided on the spray paint items. If buyer already paid for the expedited delivery, postage cost will be refunded and item will be sent via standard delivery.
Ø Please note that additional postage cost will apply for the following areas (jn the table) for the item more than 2kgs and for all the expedited orders including AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39.

- RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Before Returning any Item Buyer must contact us through eBay, we will provide you the return address details. Any Unauthorized returns may not be considered for refund.
Ø If Customer wants to return the item for being unsuitable for the reason or no longer needed/wanted, Buyers are welcome to return the item for full refund however postage and packaging charges of refund will be at buyer's expenses. All returned items should be in the original packaging and free from any wear or tear. Our Quality Control have the rights if inspection deems them used.
Ø If any faulty items received, buyer must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date and should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Once we received the faulty item, Subjecting to the stock and buyer's preference we will send the replacement or issue the full refund.
Ø In case of undelivered parcel returned back to us, indicating not called for, un identified address, we will issue refund of the product only and postage cost will not be refunded as its already paid by the company while sending the item. In free P&P items, we will deduct 20% from total price to cover Postage & Packaging charges.
