mo.Button motogadget Zusammen mit der neuen mo.Unit V.2 eine grosse Hilfe, den 'Kabelsalat' zu reduzieren und Kabelbäume zu vereinfachen. Mit diesem winzigen Zylinder im Lenkrohr - oder an anderen geeigneten Plätzen - werden alle Lenkerarmaturen, Schalter und Taster elektrisch verbunden. Der mo.Button bereitet die Signale digital auf und sendet sie über ein einziges, dünnes Kabel per modernster Bus-Technologie an die mo.Unit V.2. Dort werden dann die Verbraucher ein- und ausgeschaltet. Alle Steuerleitungen wandern in den Lenker. Das spart Platz, Gewicht, Arbeit und Zeit. Für Custombikes mit cleaner Optik am Lenker ein Muss. Zum Verständnis: a) bei 'normaler' Verdrahtung der Lenkerschalter wird der Arbeitsstrom (z.B. Licht/Blinker) direkt über den Lenkerschalter geführt. Somit müssen wegen der Stromstärke entsprechend grosse Kabelquerschnitte vom Sicherungskasten zum Schalter und zurück zum Verbraucher geführt werden. Das ergibt schnell dicke Kabelstränge. Für Custombikes mit wenig Platz oder versteckter Elektrik ein 'No-Go'. b) mit der mo.Unit ohne mo.Button würde lediglich ein dünnes Kabel für jede Schalter- oder Tasterfunktion zur mo.Unit geführt werden müssen. Nur minimale Steuerimpulse werden hier weiter geleitet. Alle grossen Lasten und Ströme werden direkt an der mo.Unit geschaltet und direkt zum Verbraucher geführt. Eine wesentliche Reduzierung und Vereinfachung des Kabelbaumes ist schon so zu erzielen. Siehe auch Beispiel-Schaltplan hier. c) die mo.Unit V.2 in Verbindung mit dem winzigen mo.Button minimalisieren die zu verlegenden Kabelstrecken nochmals! Alle Schalter/Taster am Lenker werden mit dem mo.Button auf kürzestem Weg, innerhalb des Lenkers verbunden. Vom mo.Button wird dann nur noch EIN dünnes Kabel zur mo.Unit geführt. Die Lasten und Ströme werden - wie oben erläutert - direkt an der mo.Unit V.2 geschaltet. Weniger Kabel geht nicht! Siehe auch Beispiel-Schaltplan mit mo.Button hier. Der mo.Button ist komplett wasserdicht und vibrationsfest vergossen. Together with the new mo.Unit V.2 a big help to reduce 'cable clutter' and to simplify cable harnesses. With this tiny cylinder in the steering tube - or at other suitable places - all handlebar fittings, switches and buttons are electrically connected. The mo.Button digitally processes the signals and sends them via a single, thin cable to the mo.Unit V.2. There the loads are switched on and off via the latest bus technology. All control lines go into the handlebars. This saves space, weight, work and time. For custom bikes with clean optics on the handlebars a must. For understanding: a) with 'normal' wiring of the handlebar switches the working current (e.g. light/indicator) is led directly over the handlebar switch. Therefore, due to the current strength, correspondingly large cable cross-sections must be routed from the fuse box to the switch and back to the consumer. This quickly results in thick cable harnesses. For custom bikes with little space or hidden electrics a 'No-Go'. b) with the mo.Unit without mo.Button only a thin cable for each switch or button function would have to be led to the mo.Unit. Only minimal control pulses are transmitted here. All large loads and currents are switched directly at the mo.unit and fed directly to the consumer. A significant reduction and simplification of the wiring harness can already be achieved in this way. See also example circuit diagram here. c) the mo.Unit V.2 in connection with the tiny mo.Button minimize the cable distances again! All switches/buttons on the handlebars are connected to the mo.button on the shortest way inside the handlebar. From the mo.Button only ONE thin cable is led to the mo.Unit. The loads and currents are connected - as explained above - directly to the mo.Unit V.2. Less cable is not possible! See also example circuit diagram with mo.Button here. The mo.Button is completely waterproof and vibration-proof.
