His distinctive works show great detailing and outlining with good depth and shading. This 1965 watercolour shows the historic area of Norwich Cathedral Close looking through the ornate Erpingham Gate onto Tombland. Painted on a sunny day it shows two women with hats on walking a dog towards the opening. Lots of detailing with the distinctive Tudor buildings showing through the gate on Tombland. Framed in a wide edged, shabby gold and mounted in green. In very good condition with no damage, please see photos.
