The maximum time we ask you to wait is to allow 7 working days for UK deliveries and 14 working days for European & International orders.

• Delivery times are estimated and Not guaranteed by Royal Mail and whilst we will send all goods out for delivery on the specific time we cannot guarantee it due to our reliance on couriers. If you opt for express and it is not received within the timeframe we will refund the delivery fee.

• Our couriers do Not deliver on weekends, If you opt for Express on a Friday before Midday the item would be out for deliver on Monday.

• In case you didn't receive the item due to lost in delivery and ask to refund or replacement, you will be asked to fill the Royal Mail Claim Form as the recipient of the case by email. It will be a part of refund or replacement process and regarded as your official declaration that you didn't receive the item.
